This journey, which spans 21 Days will establish a new way of being, new habits and inspire you to live more fully.
Everyone is welcome; whether you are a practitioner of yoga or never tried it in your life.
You'll discover a new perspective on the orientation of your self in time and space;
hear reference to Taoism and the 5-element theory of TCM;
participate in revelatory movement, breathing and meditation practices; and
receive inspirational emails for 21 days, delivered right into your in-box!

As summer draws to a close, we need to reset, and attend to the season of falling leaves. We span the equinox with our dates, and will formally begin a nourishing practice for the autumn months.
It all starts with a safe environment.
You will be encouraged to explore what your body and mind are ready to do, right now.
Complex ideas and skills, are broken down into bite-sized lessons for you to practice with ease and a sense of accomplishment.
As you practice during live streams, you will receive specific, helpful feedback and encouragement from your trainer, Gillian.
Over the 21-day program, your confidence will grow, and your unique strengths will emerge naturally, without conscious effort.
When you show up the world as a recalibrated human being, your calm and joyful demeanour will ripple out into your family, coworkers and friendships.
Your compassion and peacefulness will draw people to you and inspire them, as you have been inspired.
